Cincinnati is home to the Country’s largest collection of Historic Italianate Architecture in Over-The-Rhine. Projects in this neighborhood require a very methodical approach, needing approval from both the Historic Conservation Board and the City Building Department before any construction can be started. However, having a chance to preserve these distinct features while also presenting them to a new generation of tenants offers a level of fulfillment that just isn’t felt with new construction. We take this one step further by highlighting these traditional elements with modern amenities to help bring them to new light. Who doesn’t love true hardwood floors and high ceilings?
