This model of full-scale restorations was chosen both to maximize our ROI while also mitigating any structural or mechanical liabilities that may be prevalent in these century old homes. This route also allows us to have free reign when reimagining the way these properties will lend themselves to their new residents. All of our properties carry some form of historical significance and have defining characteristics that are unique to homes of this era.
